demolition just about done
Well, I am just about finished the demoition phase. I have a couple more items to repair. I found a spot of rotten flooring I have to replace and a couple spots of old drywall to remove. On to the construction phase.

We should be ordering the tub and surround and the toilet and sinks and cabinets, too this week. I need a plumber to do some of the installtion work on the tub and the baseboard heat. At least the place will be well insulated when I get done.
